The questions clinicians actually ask

Do I have to leave Jane?
No — keep it. Jane keeps your charts; I keep everything that escapes Jane: the PDFs, scans, videos, consents, and everything else that ends up on desktops and in downloads folders.
Where exactly is my data?
Your files, backups, and client portal live on Canadian servers, encrypted. You can ask me to point at the datacenter on a map, and I will.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee per practice plus a one-time onboarding fee — quoted in one call, no per-incident billing, no surprise hours. If your budget is "small practice," you're the size this was built for.
What if something happens to you?
Fair question for any solo provider — so the answer is in writing. A documented continuity plan, a sealed handover for a successor, and a card your practice holds that says exactly what to do. See Continuity.
My team is not technical. Will this be a fight?
The whole design assumption is a busy clinician on a phone between sessions. If a step needs a manual, I've failed. The training videos are four short, human videos — no jargon, no scolding.
We already have someone's nephew doing IT.
If he's backing you up, testing restores, training your staff, and keeping breach-ready records — genuinely, keep him. If he's a guy you call when the printer breaks, that's a different job than custody.
What happens to our email?
Nothing — you keep your existing addresses. Your staff training covers exactly what should and shouldn't touch an inbox, and the portal handles everything sensitive. Professional addresses at your own domain are available if you want them.
How fast are we back if something breaks?
Files reachable from any browser in minute one. A spare machine working in hour one. A full restored computer in hour two, on device protection. It's a drill, not a diagram — see the front page.
