The first practice on this system belongs to a pediatric speech-language pathologist — my wife. Her files, her client portal, her staff's training, her backups: everything described on this site runs her real practice first. I don't sell anything I don't operate in production, at home, for the person I'd least like to disappoint.
Solo is a feature here, not a gap. You get the person who built the system, who knows your setup by name, and who wrote the continuity plan for his own absence — because a professional plans for that too.
